Forte Computers have ceased trading. We are therefore no longer able to sell or provide support for their product. Should you have an issue with your current Forte, you can find suggestions below to hopefully assist you.
Try the factory reset as detailed in the accompanying manual.
Plug the Forte in and charge it for a full 24 hours.
Check through the manual for other solutions.
If all else fails, your Forte is still within the 1 year warranty, and the fault is unlikely to require spare parts to rectify, you can post the Forte back to us at the following address.

Within the package you post to us, please include a note with your full name, address, order number, order date, and a full description of the problem you are experiencing. If we cannot get your Forte working we will offer you a refund. If your Forte is no longer within warranty we apologise but we will unfortunately be unable to assist you.
